Glasgow Commercial Unit Clearance and Soft Strip

We were recently asked to both clear and strip a commercial unit in Glasgow. The unit was to be remarketed, but before that could happen it needed emptied and stripped back.

Our works included

• Clear the unit of all loose materials including combustibles
• Removed reception area
• Dropped offices and kitchen areas
• Removed drywall and studwork
• Removed separate partitioning within the warehouse
• Lifted carpeting and floor coverings

The unit was handed back in a much more marketable state ready for viewing.
