Glasgow Commercial Warehouse Clearance

This Commercial Unit in Glasgow was handed back to the landlord absolutely stuffed to the rafters with waste. This was a large scale clearance which requiring two telehandlers working round the clock for three days. The bulk of the waste was baled clothing, over 350 bales to be exact, each weighing around a ton.

Sadly the poor condition of the waste meant that a large quantity of it headed for landfill, something we do our upmost to avoid. In addition the bales, there were large quantities of inert waste removed, including timber, tyres, packaging and random debris. The unit was literally bursting at the seams.

Now empty, the unit has has the chance to dry out and is ready to be re-let.
