This is exactly how we love to leave a unit once we have cleared it!

We were approached by the landlord to quote to clear this unit earlier this month. At almost 30,000 ft2 it was a vast space to say the least.

The commercial building had been used by a metal fabricator until recently. Following their departure there was large quantities of waste and rubbish that required to be cleared in order for viewings to take place. We cleared the main floor of all sorts of rubbish. To the rear there were large offices which contained lots of office furniture and staff welfare items such as lockers, tables, chairs etc.

The unit now looks sharp and ready for prospective tenants to commence viewings.  We tackle units of this size on a regular basis.
