Office Clearance - Glasgow

This was a clearance of an entire floor in Glasgow city center. The floor is about to undergo a full refurb, ahead of which it had to be empty. We were asked to remove the entire contents of the floor, which had been used as a call center for 120 staff. We sheeted the lift, disassembled the desks, removed the furniture, stripped out the fitted furniture and dismantled all the comms room shelving. There was also a large quantity of waste electrical that required to be removed and responsibly disposed of.

We endured all the usual challenges of a city center clearance including

• Being LEZ compliant
• sheeting the lifts
• working in a live building, keeping disruption to a minimum
• parking

We completed this floor in 2 days and achieved recycling rated in excess of 90%. We love this type of work, we're pretty good at it too!
