Office Clearance Linwood Industrial Estate

We were involved in a large scale office clearance this week within the Linwood Industrial Estate.

Our client was relocating to custom built premises and needed the old offices cleared. They didn't want to take any of their old furniture with them as it was to large, and to be fair, had served them well over the years.  We removed and disposed of a large quantity of office furniture including desks, chairs, pedestals, filing cabinets and book cases. In addition there were welfare lockers, break-out seating, canteen seating and catering equipment. There was also a large quantity of Waste Electrical Equipment (WEEE) including keyboards, monitors, servers and computer towers.

We were an ideal fit for this company.  We managed the entire clearance, ensured compliance and were able to provide a waste audit upon completion.

Anything that couldn't be reused was recycled in accordance with waste regulations.
