Retail Unit Clearance Dundee

We were again involved in a shop clearance, this time in Dundee. The shop was over 4 floors in a pedestrian shopping district of the city.

We were tasked to clear the store to allow it to be handed back to the landlord. We removed all promotional and brand references, display cabinets, office equipment, shelving, tables and chairs and WEEE from the store.  The clearance was completed over three days. As there was no access of skips (for items that couldn't be recycled) we used our own vehicles to transport the material to the relevant transfer stations.

There were many fridges, freezers, chillers and computers came out of this particular store. We remove all waste electrical equipment in compliance with SEPA regulations and supply both waste audits and waste transfer noted for all collections ensuring compliance on our customers part.

Fingers crossed next time we are required to remove the stock too!!!
